Kush have gained valuable experiences while shaping his career in virology, especially Hepatitis E virus (HEV) under the supervision of Dr. Kenney. Of his many accomplishments in the HEV field, Kush have discovered the association of HEV with the sperm head. During his graduate career, Kush has been awarded with 25 different awards that includes student grants, leadership awards and various presentation awards at national and international scientific meetings. Kush will be continuing his research journey in the field of HEV as a post-doctoral associate under the supervision of Dr. XJ Meng at Virginia Tech.
